When you get an appointment it’s been a great experience. However, forget about seeing them for an emergency. Never appointments available even when you call before they open and leave a voicemail or at the time they open. Precision emergency is where we’ve gone twice, today will be a third time.
Dr. Crozier & Dr. Reid are some of the best VetsI have interacted with For the last 25 years. When they opened Upper Charles, I followed them as soon as I could. Dr Reid treated my golden for some undetermined masses, She called me before she continued any surgery to give me my options. I have complete faith in her decision-making. Dr Crozier has treated several of my pets She’s thoughtful, compassionate, and highly trained. I trust each of them with the care of my animals and I think you should too.
Simply the BEST! I am the owner/caretaker of an active Brittany. We all know, dogs will be dogs, whether they are couch potatoes or hunting dogs like mine. I met Dr. Crosier many years ago and am very thankful I did. Throughout TOPPER’S 12 y/o life, she has patched him up, taken care of his bumps, bruises, eye whacks and even rescued him from a near fatal blood loss injury.
