We couldn’t be happier with Upper Charles. We take our two dogs (one a senior pup) and they put so much care into each and every interaction. My senior dog recently had a surgery and they were clear, kind, and just so lovely. So happy we made the switch here a year ago!
If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. They care as much about your animals as you do. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
I’ve been bringing my three boys here since we moved into the area and have always loved the service provided and while I see many reviews showing happy photos, I have a different perspective to provide. Last year, my eldest cat Tucker got diagnosed with kidney failure, and we lost him shortly afterwards. Then almost immediately after that my boy Dante was diagnosed with stomach cancer.
