The attention to detail and uncompromising quality was reassuring to see. The entire crew - Mike, Greg, Toby and Pat, were a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to ensure our basement will be dry for years to come. When so many company's sacrifice quality for time, they do not. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Came in to.do waterproofing in my elderly mothers basement after a flood. Completely moved her water system without permission and now has problems with her water. Also capped off the valve for the outdoor tap so we now have no way of turning it off. She has called and text many times and Mike refuses to call her back or come put everything back where it was so the rest of her basement can be finished.
Upper Canada just finished up with my basement. The crew was absolutely fantastic and super efficient. They wrapped up the job faster than I had expected, kept the work area clean. I am so happy we chose Upper Canada to fix our basement issues.
