Unbelievably great service!!!! I bought a used legend pontoon and went through a hard time trying to find a marina that would do an inspection for the warranty transfer. Obviously marinas don’t make much money doing an inspection so they find an excuse not to do it. This place was better before 'Legends' took it over. Got our boat back after winter storage and it ran very rough even though we pay for it to be tuned up and winterized. Clearly they didn't check it out before releasing it to us and were not accountable after the fact. We found another place this winter after using them for many years.
Fantastic staff, always welcoming. Ask for a specific service on my boat, they bent over backwards.
Recently I took my boat in for repair due to a questionable repair from my local marine dealer. Prior to this I spoke with Doug Faragher and he indicated they were about a week out on work. I took the boat in on a Tuesday and on the following day late in the afternoon they called advising that it was repaired. I had left instructions to fix whatever was required.
