I have been with this Company for about 10 years. I just cancelled my service because over the years their customer service has gotten worse. I changed to a new company and of course they do not give refunds for the propane in the tanks that they take back. I feel this is very bad service. It is propane we as customers pay for and at a very high rate and they keep it. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Great service with sales and the guys delivering tanks and fuel. As well as when calling in. Always pleasant and helpful

After posting a good review of my experience with this company I sadly am now posting a revised review related to my most recent experiences. As a customer for 37 years my dealings with this company over the past two months have been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
