Clay from Upper Canada came out to fill our propane tanks on Xmas eve day. I let him know how much I appreciated him coming down our hill (which was clear) because a neighbor had a competitor who refused to come down our hill (which was clear) the week prior. So glad to have Clay make propane deliveries in rain, shine and snow. Thanks again Clay!
This company is one those shouldn't allowed to run business in Ontario . They install HVAC in my new home in Napanee never work properly . Came few times to check blame thermostat . One of the technician mentioned that wiring for heat pump from the outside unit wasn't connected. Now they are trying to charge service call to me. Even though it's should be under warranty. Customer service representative was as bad as the company it self. If I can give zero rating If possible .

Highly recommended! We were using another company and discovered that they ignored safety regulations (code) by placing our tanks close to hazards, which put us and our house at risk. We had those tanks removed immediately and then we had no heat for the house (during chilly weather conditions). Despite being short-staffed, Upper Canada had our new (safe!) system up and running within two days! I have been with this Company for about 10 years. I just cancelled my service because over the years their customer service has gotten worse. I changed to a new company and of course they do not give refunds for the propane in the tanks that they take back. I feel this is very bad service. It is propane we as customers pay for and at a very high rate and they keep it. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
