Office staff were friendly, but I do not recommend going here. I was seen after falling on my knee ice skating, the doctor spent two minutes with me and told me it was just a bruise and to do some basic exercises and it will get better on its own. I felt dismissed and as though he wasn’t listening to my pain and my concerns. I had Dr. Hurley do a joint replacement 3 years ago. He was great. I am trying to schedule another procedure but I can not understand why the office team is no longer helpful and not co-operating with my needs. It seems to be a St. Lukes thing since the aquasition. It took hours trying to sort through contacts I had from Grandview till I actually got an answer only to find out three hours later St. Lukes Grandview does not participate with Aetna insurance. Upper Bucke Irthipeducs does though. Not helpful.

Most Doctors are good but DO NOT see Dr Hurley. He doesn’t give you the time of day and leaves you hanging and not knowing what to do next.

My pain has only gotten worse and they can't even tell me which door in the outpatient center I need to go in because they're not based on location. For reference, I called the locally listed office number. So thanks guys, good job at medicine. St Luke's is going to get people killed.
