My review is about their billing and charge dishonesty which is a shame because I really liked the doctor, but won't go back because of their blatant lack of truthfulness and lying to cover themselves. It was suggested that I had a series of injections. They called my insurance, got approval and called me with the cost of them that I would be responsible for. The office experience left a lot to be desired. Waited over an hour before seeing the doctor. No issue with the doctor but the office experience was awful. While waiting to check out patients were scolded and told to sit down by the receptionist who was clearly overwhelmed. We waited another 20 minutes just to check out. All in all we spent 1 hour 30 minutes in the office, of which 5 minutes were with the dr. Doctor was 30 minutes late getting into an appointment I was 20 minutes early for, only to spend 10 minutes brushing me off and advising I see a Rheumatologist. Developing Rheumatoid Arthritis at 24 years old in only one of my knees seems pretty unlikely to me??? He just seemed totally distracted and uninterested in helping me figure out why I'm experiencing the symptoms that I am.

We were very pleased with Dr. Minnich. He’s very thorough and so polite. My Dad had seen him often over the years and always gives Dr Minnich an A+!
