This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had with a primary care provider. I went in for a routine preventative visit and was slightly under the weather, but nothing serious. The doctor recommended additional testing related to my symptoms, which I clearly declined. Great doctors. Worth driving to the other side of town for.
I've been wanting to post a review for a while but was waiting to find new care first. I went here for at leat five years and kept trying to give them another chance. I'm shocked most of the reviews here are so positive and I almost don't believe them. There are several factors for my review here... but a few of them are: 1. Last time I was there for a physical, the nurse couldn't find my vein in a routine blood draw, so she left to get someone else to do it. Hannah at the front desk is absolutely horrible—rude, dismissive, and unhelpful whether over the phone or in person.The worst part about my visit is the time speaking with her. I’ve been coming to this office for about three years, and you’d think staff in a doctor’s office would be kind and understanding, but not here. Do better.
