I've been wanting to post a review for a while but was waiting to find new care first. I went here for at leat five years and kept trying to give them another chance. I'm shocked most of the reviews here are so positive and I almost don't believe them. There are several factors for my review here... but a few of them are: 1. Last time I was there for a physical, the nurse couldn't find my vein in a routine blood draw, so she left to get someone else to do it. Hannah at the front desk is absolutely horrible—rude, dismissive, and unhelpful whether over the phone or in person.The worst part about my visit is the time speaking with her. I’ve been coming to this office for about three years, and you’d think staff in a doctor’s office would be kind and understanding, but not here. Do better.
If you're good at being popular, go here. If you're normal and you're looking for compassion, find somewhere else.
New patient visit with Dr. Pavla Tymbel. Was very happy with my first visit, very nice, thorough and knowledgeable and I would happily recommend to others!
Do not go here unless you want to be charged during your annual. I recently had my annual visit, and was charged for an annual and a general visit because I spoke about something (a general health question) during the visit that is “not covered in my annual”. I have never in my life ever been charged for something I talked about in my annual. My insurance let me know that unfortunately this is up to the doctor to decide if they want to charge you or not, and that even she agreed that it is not common and she is never charged... read more
