Came for 8:30 am fasting blood draw appointment. Only waited 15 minutes. Staff were very friendly. Check-in is via kiosk only. I warned that I may get faint which actually did happen and they were very accommodating. I want to share for others who may get faint is to bring a snack (granola bar, etc) because they do not stock any juice/snacks for such situations.
: ( still painful after a week. To be fair, I think they are under-staffed or overbooked. Everyone is just trying their best.
Site was scheduled open until 5pm tv, I had a specimen to drop off, arrived at 4:07. No one at desk, attempted to phone, system options were non responsive.
