Wow - everyone said upppababy had great service and that was a big part of why we chose to buy our stroller from them, but I cannot express how surprisingly delightful our experience was today at the hub. A family member had accidentally broken our stroller latch so I made an appointment online. They easily fixed the latch and tuned up the stroller under their warranty quickly and efficiently. We loved our experience with our scheduled tune-up appointment for our stroller. We were able to get our wheels replaced and the basic tune up done quickly. The technicians were very knowledgeable and helped answer questions about care to extend the longevity of our stroller. We love the product and the service!
What an awesome experience! The team was incredibly accommodating and took the time to answer all of my questions. My stroller tune-up was even quicker than I expected, and the whole process was seamless. I would absolutely recommend the Boston Hub to anyone looking for friendly, knowledgeable service!
My husband and I went here without an appointment and we were blown away! Kerin was so helpful and knowledgeable in showing us the 4 different strollers we were considering (Vista, Cruz, Minu, and Kona, which is releasing in the fall). She walked us through all the features, taught us how to fold/unfold them, answered all of our questions, and more. I never felt pressured to buy something either.
