I'm a big supporter of locally-owned, small businesses, however this company was a huge disappointment. I made a morning appointment so that the countertops could be measured before going to work. That morning no one showed up as scheduled. When I called Becky, at the office, she said that she couldn't find my phone number to inform me that they could not measure my countertops as scheduled, because one of their workers called in sick.
