The crew at Upnorth are professional and friendly, and it was easy to work with them during our recent landscaping adventure. Like all projects, there were changes and upgrades, and they were willing to listen and adapt to our requests. We were impressed by their quick response to a follow up visit we needed as well.
Had a stunningly horrible time trying to work with this company; he is incredibly unprofessional and arrogant. One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. EDIT: I'm just now getting around to seeing the reply. Me and a few family members worked with Upnorth Landscaping a few years ago. Do yourself a favor and stay away, very argumentative, arrogant, and upcharges.
Hey Barry! Just wanted to let you know I absolutely love the way the block columns around the gazebo tie into the short seat wall with the columns on each side. Brian was soooo extremely helpful with helping me decide what height to go with on these things and stacked block and unstacked block multiple times so I could have a visual to help me decide how I wanted it to look. We were given a contract by Barry on May 18th and he said the job would be completed in two weeks; “weather permitting” is his famous line. Well here we are on June 25th and the job is not complete with no idea when it will be completed. He keeps delaying our job saying, “I am 2-1/2 days delayed because of rain”. Never mind we are in a drought and haven’t had more than an hour of rain.
