Our home was completed in August 2023. We have lived in our new home now for 2 months and absolutely love the quality, craftsmanship, and style. We love Up North Construction. They’ve built two houses for us and the results have been nothing short of outstanding. Dale, Susanne and Ben Mosier are first class builders and easy to work with and very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend.
This is the second home we have lived in that was built by Up North Construction. The first was a preowned the second was new construction. The quality is very good. They were great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. As in any new build something may not be quite right but they were quick to respond to any issue and corrected any problem that we found after we moved in. Overall I would recommend them.
