Carlos was the absolute best from the first conversation through installation. We had quotes from other companies but Carlos won us over with his outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Our flooring and baseboards in our new home looks amazing! He did a perfect job and I would highly recommend going with him to do your floors!
Excellent work and attention to detail! They installed LVP (100% waterproof) throughout our downstairs floor with >5" baseboards throughout the rooms, closets, and pantry. We have used UpModern flooring 3 times in the last 2 years -- in each of our mothers' homes, and now ours. Each time, Carlos and his team did excellent work, arrived on time, finished the work in a timely manner, and provided excellent prices. Very courteous and respectful staff. We will use them again when we redo our upstairs.
Did three rooms with plank flooring, looks great and very durable. So I called them back and we put down vinyl flooring in the laundry a month later. Looks great.
DO NOT USE CARLOS AND UPMODERN FLOORING!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Carlos and his team installed flooring in my home in 2021. The floors began lifting exactly 18 months later. There were planks lifting in our kitchen, dining area, hallways, living room and entrance of the home so basically everywhere. Carlos blamed it on the flooring manufacturer but when I researched the manufacturer, they had almost no bad reviews and their flooring installation instructions indicated to use adhesive. Hands down Carlos and his team are the best, from the initial point of contact to the very last day of service. Carlos and his team showed up on time, worked diligently and explained the process before they started and as they continued to work. Carlos's attention to detail is also a plus plus. I can go on and on about the wonderful job that was done to my home. But you should see for yourself. Call Carlos and his team.
