Thanks guys! A cracked panoramic roof on my Qasqai needed a specialist repair. From the check-in to picking up the car a week later I have nothing but praise for this team. I do need to test the roof for any leakages in rainy weather but I am assured that any work is guaranteed for 5 years. The team were friendly, courteous, respectful, professional and very informative. The replacement car was clean and my own car was thoroughly cleaned on its return. Thank you, Upminster Panelcraft.

This is a cowboy company! Please stay away if you can. I spoke to Ben Webb, after insufficient repairs were done on my car. Ben Clearly was more interested in taking insurance money (Insurance excess) but not fully fixing what they're paid to fix. He was keen to insinuate that i was lying they did not receive my complaint email even after forwarding the previously sent email (Which was ignored).
