Customer service here is completely awful. I called UPMC imaging to schedule an ultrasound. They transferred me to scheduling at this location. The woman I talked to was definitely missing some brain cells. I told her I needed my ultrasound done on Monday. She then proceeded to confirm my information including having me spell my name about 5 times. She asked my birthdate and then couldn't understand that I gave it to her in mm/dd/you format... she thought 10=August. SMH. After all that she told me someone would call me on Mo... read more
3rd baby, 3rd different office. Worst care I have ever received. The dr REFUSING to see me when I could have lots my baby. I wouldn’t recommend this, or any butler facility to anyone. It’s pathetic the system they have and lack of care through out the whole butler healthcare system. I am disgusted and will never be back
