Another update: told that Dr. was right in their practice. I don't need an investigation when your practice consistently abuses not only your patients but your OWN medical providers. Monopoly healthcare in this country is disgusting and a parasite to the meaningful connections between doctors and patients. Highly recommend everyone takes their health care seriously and goes to a private health care provider who actually takes your concerns seriously when you've already laid out the work doing tests prior. I have never had a bad experience.I always get my medicine on time when I need refills.I had the flu and pain in my side I sat for 12 hours at UPMC ER.They gave me nothing I suffered for almost a week I went in to see Michelle she diagnose my pain gave me medicine and it was gone in 2 days.
My PCP is Michelle and she is a truly caring medical professional. She listens my concerns with great care and provides me an appropriatetreatment. It is hard to find a caring medical professional and I am glad that I found her as my PCP.
Had a great experience! The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Michelle Knepper was very thorough and asked me all kinds of questions and let me ask every question I had to make sure I had all my concerns covered. Glad to find this quality PCP in Carlisle!
First visit at that office I felt very uncomfortable I felt like I was being rushed out the door people were not nice I left with a lot of unanswered questions. I had labs done they lost the blood sample. 10 days later no one cared to reach out to me to let me know. I tried sending a message Michele Knepper no answer.
