We never even got to our first appointment. I spoke to Jason for intake, he was extremely nice. Told me the process and made us feel welcome. I then spoke to a woman named Michelle who was supposed to set up an appointment for the counselor who goes to my son's school. We played a little bit of phone tag because I work a full-time job but when I called to set up my appointment Michelle wasn't in but Bridget was. Bridget is the counselor my appointment was with.
