Improperly billed, after several 3 way conversations with my wife, the insurance company, and UPMC billing, prompted after receiving a warning letter from a collection agency, the agreed result between all 3 parties is I DO NOT OWE UPMC $96.00. because UPMC has an agreement with my ins. co. UPMC still shows I owe $96.00 after over a year ago. So now I am unable to schedule anything online with UPMC, and since had the same procedure performed more regularly elsewhere with no billing problems. I found the service performed her... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would... this place never answers the phone... been trying to call for 2 days... never return messages. I highly recommend Cumberland Valley Foot and Ankle...I had 2 failed ankle surgeries with upmc... just had my 3rd surgery with Cumberland Valley and I finally have my ankle fixed, and they answer the phone.
Work for insurance companies, not for patients.
