I was scheduled at 2:45pm today, April 7th to start my physical therapy on my right broken foot. I have a registered, trained "Emotional Support Dog" who helps me through anxiety and panic attacks. When I go into places with many people it effects me negatively and my dog knows what to do to calm me. I decided to call the office of the PT just to let them know my dog will be with me. I took my daughter to Dr. Vilano doctor a few years ago. She gave us the wrong information about her issue, really wrong, and then never called to schedule her. We let it drop and she went to another doctor a few months ago and she has an enormous cyst that will require surgery which will be done in a few days.
If there was a negative 5 I would give it to them. Not a soul in the lobby. They actually came out to see if anyone was there and then told me they didn't have any time available.
