I came in at 1 am in the morning and received excellent care from the staff on duty. My wait in the waiting room was maybe 3 minutes or so and they took me right back and started taking care of me. The nurse was kind and attentive and made sure I was comfortable. She did everything she needed to do and it wasn't long before the attending physician came in to talk to me about the issue I was having. He was honest, explained things well, and answered all my questions. A great group of people and great care.

Hands down the WORST emergency department i have EVER been to!!! 3 hours of waiting in an ED with a total of 4 patients and only 1 person taken back within those 3 hours!!! What in the WORLD!? What a failure of an emergency department. What on earth could possibly be happening to not even be triaged yet after 3 hours and a practically EMPTY ER? Wellsboro ER, you're an embarrassment. Seriously, just go anywhere else if you are going after 7pm. We took our 2 year old in to get looked at after an accident. We were there for 6 hours……4 of them were waiting for a doctor to order the xray. No one offered to get him ice for his leg or pain medication….or offered to get him anything. It wasn’t busy at all, the nurses were just at their desks….it was ridiculous… If you are not dying take the time to drive anywhere else.
