Seriously, just go anywhere else if you are going after 7pm. We took our 2 year old in to get looked at after an accident. We were there for 6 hours……4 of them were waiting for a doctor to order the xray. No one offered to get him ice for his leg or pain medication….or offered to get him anything. It wasn’t busy at all, the nurses were just at their desks….it was ridiculous… If you are not dying take the time to drive anywhere else.
I’m certain not a single staff member in that ER is qualified to do their jobs. Here’s a list of some things you need to work on. -actually taking vitals because that’s one of the most important things -administering IV fluids to a patient who is very clearly dehydrated. they can put an IV in my arm, but are they actually doing anything with it? of course not! -not having incredibly rude doctors who think it’s okay to use the fact that they’re doctors to try to threaten me to believe them -having nurses that check on patient... read more
Jennifer, Emergency Department RN (day shift) was very degrading and disrespectful. She asked me why I was there and when I told her, she rolled her eyes and said "I wouldn't have come here based on that." I work in a hospital (thankfully not that one) and I would never say that to one of my patients! I seriously hope her nor her loved ones are ever treated the way she treats her patients. SMH. Shame on you, Jenn!

Have a history of low back pain and bulging disc. Was wheeled chaired in from my van and explained to the doctor I can’t move my leg and hardly walk 5 ft without dropping to my knees. Gave me ibuprofen and that was it. Went their the next day because I was in severe leg pain and getting worse and would not give a CT scan or MRI even after I asked about them both. I have my medical history linked so the er doctor could see my medical records. Would not do anything and gave me higher power pain med and wheedled chaired me out.... read more
