I would receive Upmc for everything. I've had great experience here. The people at the desk are so nice and the Drs are so nice.
I'd hate to leave a bad review on this place because every other time I've been here, the staff has been nothing but outstanding and kind. But the receptionist Loretta sincerely needs to be fired, upon entering she was nothing but ignorant and unwelcoming, the fact they allow her to keep her job and treat patients the way she does is honestly embarrassing. I've never met someone so hostile and nasty, especially for them to be in a hospitality position..
