Dr starner is awesome doctor who cares about her patients and she takes her time answering all your questions and concerns ❤️and she great getting back to you on the portal. The rest of Drs are great and caring too ❤️ the office staff has always been nice to us too . We been going to this office for years and could not say nothing bad about it .

I've been a patient here for years and unfortunately will be going elsewhere! I needed my iron checked so they said they can take my blood right in the office. OK, great! Just a simple check of my iron levels. A month later I get a bill for $651.87. They charged my insurance $845.50 for some simple lab work. I have had the exact same lab work 3 months and 5 months prior to this one at Labcorp and I paid $26.50 both times. EXACT SAME LAB WORK! Office has gone downhill since they became part of UPMC- the office and staff was amazing before being taken over, but now its so impersonal and seems like they pack the schedule so tight that the doctors don't even have time to respond to chart messages... There have been quite a few instances where I've left a message about my kids needing appointments & no one has called me back so I've had to resort to urgent care.
