Now I experienced first hand why the reviews are terrible on here. This review concerns the receptionist, Diane. I contacted the office regarding a Type 1 diabetic who was completely out of insulin. From the first “hello,” her tone was hostile, dismissive, and openly irritated. I had problems with new website for video visit. I had to cxl as the scheduler would not assist me. I received email and was able to confirm appointment on website. I called Endocrinology to verbally confirm.The scheduler said it was cxld and had been filled within the 10 minutes of cxl appointment with A.Nixon PA. She didnt offer to make new appointment. Very terrible scheduling staff in this office.

Name changed, same BS. Make an appointment months in advance, and they change it. Ask if I want in person or video... they change it. I hate video appointments. I literally drive past the office on my way home, as it is minutes from where I work! I find a doctor I like, they leave the practice. Looking for a new endocrinologist!
