I have just recently started going and was okay with it until they ordered a 24 urine. I turned it in the week I was told, by them, mind you. Now there's no test being found and they say it could take up to 3 weeks which could very well be, but they were that disrespectful and rude, couldn't ever and I mean ever return calls, so hope like hell nobody ever has any sort of emergency because you are not even a number there. First time here. I see there are already several reviews so need to beat a dead horse per say but I agree with previous post here.... This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I agree with previous authors.... I completed domcumentation and when I got there they claimed they have not received it and wanted me to fill it out again. In this day and age of technology this is unproductive and waste everyone's time. Especially when upmc has the online check in. There should not be anything further. Its the doctor's job to diagnose and fix you. They don't need paperwork to do that other then the typical permissions.
