First time here. I see there are already several reviews so need to beat a dead horse per say but I agree with previous post here.... This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I agree with previous authors.... I completed domcumentation and when I got there they claimed they have not received it and wanted me to fill it out again. In this day and age of technology this is unproductive and waste everyone's time. Especially when upmc has the online check in. There should not be anything further. Its the doctor's job to diagnose and fix you. They don't need paperwork to do that other then the typical permissions. It is a shame that in this area it is hard to find doctors with it being so rural and unfortunately the options are limited. Regardless the staff at this location is rude and incompetent. They care more about paperwork and insurance and everything else as opposed to just treating the patient. I highly recommend that if you have the option that you go somewhere else.
I had a great experience this morning. The doctor came in, introduced himself, and moved my chair so he could look me in the eye while we spoke about my issue. He offered 3 different scenarios to address it, depending on the outcome of the test he set up for me. He made sure I had my follow-up appointment after testing is complete. I was in and out in 30 minutes, the first time being seen there.
Went to doctor with a high normal PSA.Doctor uses drama to scare me into Foley catheter for 30 days. Three days after installation I was in ER because of blood in the bag to have catheter flushed. Taped to left leg without enough tubing to spread legs to get in car, do steps. Etc. 30 days later removed catheter to trail progress. Now I cannot pee. I could when I first saw doctor bajpai.
