My case was referred to them 12 days ago. So far i have not heard from them. I even reached out to them myself. Still no return call. If they are that busy, i guess they don't need new patients. The least they could have done was reject the referral so i knew to go elsewhere. In my opinion, this is totally unprofessional. I will not recommend anyone to go here. I am unsure about the negative reviews, because my experience was the opposite. ALL of the staff was helpful and friendly. I didn't have to wait long and the doctor was very kind. This was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.
My daughter's Community nurse had called today and left a message, whoever it was that called back she was so rude! She said "We will get to you when we get to you, we are short staffed and only have two people working" and hung up the phone before we could even ask questions! Unbelievable! Well, if they answered the phone, that would be a big bonus.
This place is a joke ever since they brought in the CNRP. My most recent seizure was in March of 2024, I asked for the DMV to be updated because they had my previous one on file. She sent in the restoration letter a month early. In September when I was to get my license back I got a message saying they sent in my form, so I called the DMV and the DMV told me that they had the wrong date on it, so I called back to Somerset Neurology, the receptionist was super nice and helped me as much as they could.
