Worst and most neglectful office I’ve ever been too, you call and nobody answers the phone and they can’t even call you back. My fiancé was to have an mri and eeg, we waited and waited and waited just to find out they never even submitted anything to the insurance company for approval

My case was referred to them 12 days ago. So far i have not heard from them. I even reached out to them myself. Still no return call. If they are that busy, i guess they don't need new patients. The least they could have done was reject the referral so i knew to go elsewhere. In my opinion, this is totally unprofessional. I will not recommend anyone to go here. I am unsure about the negative reviews, because my experience was the opposite. ALL of the staff was helpful and friendly. I didn't have to wait long and the doctor was very kind. This was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.

My daughter's Community nurse had called today and left a message, whoever it was that called back she was so rude! She said "We will get to you when we get to you, we are short staffed and only have two people working" and hung up the phone before we could even ask questions! Unbelievable! People like that should not be working with the public! I hope whoever you are reads this review and knows what a rude person you are!
