The er staff is great on time and always remember a face they are on point
Don't make any other plans if you have an appointment and bring a lunch
Audiology department was great, on time, kind, friendly, and answered all my questions and concerns. With that said, I have nothing else good to say. Do not recommend. Behind schedule constantly, unfriendly, not efficient. Always sends you to the kiosk to sign in and then you have to go to the window anyway half the time.
The audiology department is amazing. Suzanne couldn't be kinder or more attentive. She always takes time to answer my questions and listens to my concerns. I love the department and am so grateful to Suzanne for all she has done to help me with my hearing loss.
The front office and nursing staff are super efficient and kind. I’d been going to a specific Dr in the practice for years when I resided in Johnstown and received excellent care. But I don’t know if it’s an aging thing or I’m ready to retire thing-I was treated like I didn’t matter by this provider. It was insulting. Unprofessional. Insisted he’d never seen me before as a patient. Walked in the room and first words, we’re not going to worry about the nodules. No sir, we ARE , because there’s a family history of cancer.
