Awful place and waste of time, I had my home sleep study done 13 days ago and still no results, I call in to check when and where my results are and no one seems to know. Avoid this place.
I don't take the time to normally write reviews however in this case I thought it was necessary. Greg was exceptional from the start. He explained everything so that I clearly understood the process and asked if I had any questions throughout the whole explanation of how to use the machine.
You can call all day every day doesn’t matter they will never answer the phone…..

VERY POOR follow-up, treatment and customer service. It took months to get an appointment and an additional month to get the study read by a sleep doctor. I found out that I had POSITIVE result (sleep apnea) via the patient portal, not a phone call from a single person or even a letter. Treatment options (included surgery) were provided via the patient portal in a multiple choice type of email. A description of the options was NOT provided nor a link for me to get educated.
