My husband was there last week for review of new cpap machine the person turned up the machine after he told them they did this before it did not work out. Husband has not slept well since. Left two message today ask for a return call never received one. This tells me they don’t care. It would take someone 5 minutes to make call. . I don’t recommend this office. To make it worse my husband has heart failure. I don’t want to even rate this office.
Awful place and waste of time, I had my home sleep study done 13 days ago and still no results, I call in to check when and where my results are and no one seems to know. Avoid this place.
I don't take the time to normally write reviews however in this case I thought it was necessary. Greg was exceptional from the start. He explained everything so that I clearly understood the process and asked if I had any questions throughout the whole explanation of how to use the machine.
You can call all day every day doesn’t matter they will never answer the phone…..
