If I could I would give zero stars. I have never been felt so disrespected or given such poor care before. First the secretary told me to "hurry up" and fill out my paper work, then the therapist asks me my medical history in a room full of people, hello HIPPA violations, then to top it all off, after I said I received chemotherapy recently the therapist asked me why my hair is so short!!!! save yourself the headache of scheduling pelvic floor pt at this location at least. I’m getting surgery in a week and a half and they called me the day before my final appointment before surgery to let me know they wouldn’t be able to do the one and only thing I was going to that appointment for and basically just to cancel. That was my final straw after being dismissed multiple times on exercise plans that weren’t working for me and I ended up way worse off than when I started. I had therapy here for lymphedema for nearly two years. I can't say enough about the wonderful treatment I had here and thanks to my therapists, I'm not successfully managing my disease.
I have had BPPV vertigo basically my whole life I am 43 years old and went in for treatments. I am so much better now with no effects remaining. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. My PT Margaret was absolutely wonderful and I am not joking when I say thank you Margaret ( you changed my life).
