Uploaded my insurance card a week before my appointment, only to get there to find out they don’t take my insurance. Unacceptable in my opinion.
Similar to other posts…rude staff, unfriendly, unprofessional, they make it clear that they don’t want to help people, suggest looking anywhere else with all the other options in the area
Receptionist was very rude and wouldn’t even let me speak because my number wasn’t called. I just wanted to ask her if this was the correct location to go to for testing because the location I was originally sent to turned me away and said to go here. I signed in and it said to see the receptionist, so I did, but she wouldn’t even bother with me unless I pulled a number and it was called. So I left.
