Receptionist was very rude and wouldn’t even let me speak because my number wasn’t called. I just wanted to ask her if this was the correct location to go to for testing because the location I was originally sent to turned me away and said to go here. I signed in and it said to see the receptionist, so I did, but she wouldn’t even bother with me unless I pulled a number and it was called. So I left.
Hasn't been available when I need them and for some reason, they forget the UPMC app exists. It's an option that can be used to communicate with patients. Not everyone has the luxury to answer their cellphone on a business day due to their type of work...
Great woman. Very professional and has genuine care and interest in her patients it seems. Very good vibe from her.
Fast appointment,kind staff,very helpful, excellent follow up with results of tests. Extremely glad I chose them as my new primary.
