They tell you they care about the patient, but policy is more important then patient care. Yes I didnt realized yesterday I would be out my ADHD medication but when I called today they sais no problem we will get it filled. Called back an hour and half later to see the progress on it. Policy says it could take up 48-72 hours to fill. Have you ever taken a mind medication for years and then go without it for more then 24 hours. What that does to the mind? Dr. Amy Sudol is a wonderful, professional primary care physician.
When you try to tell staff they are not listening to you and they begin talking over you to assure you that they are listening... you can't listen while your mouth is moving. Try listening to the whole problem before telling someone that it's a pharmacy problem for not giving you enough meds, when the doctor ordered it twice daily instead of 3 times daily.
