We love the nurses and Doc Gorski! They are very professional, nice and patient to us! But the one of the receptionist is not pleasant and does not have a friendly demeanor. It’s not just us who notice this but also our friends who’ve been going to this same clinic I hope she’ll be nicer next time.
I left Geisinger Clinic 8 or 9 months ago I stopped at UPMC to make an appointment I got an appointment and made arrangements to transfer my records. Talked to the doctor. Told him I haven't had any blood work for 6 months and I need to get blood work to check on my diabetes cholesterol other stuff. He said oh you'll be all right to your next appointment. But I didn't know my next appointment would not be till 8 or 9 months later. I was 12 minutes late getting to my appointment so I had to make a new appointment which was ok... read more
Dr. G and the rest of the staff here are amazing. They do great with the kids and are just phenomenal!
Nice staff but poor care. Systematic issues with UPMC and other fundamental shortcomings. Go to Geisinger...
