The front end staff was abrupt. This was not the first time. I also heard all the phone conversations as they called patients-pretty sure I should not have.The assistant,or whatever title they have,who tested me for strep was condescending.I said I didn't have it which the test later. Money grab. I told her I had a reaction prior to being tested for it. Her answer? " I do this on children. You will be fine". Was I? Nope. I relayed it on the patient survey and no one contacted me. They keep losing professionals and they kindly kicked me out of the practice. Such an awesome treatment. 1/2 star rating all the way.
had to switch doctors very unprofessional....i knew more than the doctor. if you have serious issues not the place
