Some of the Nurses was disrespectful and the receptionist was great up until this last cancellation they gave me a day and I said was busy and they said ur busy like I am lying no one is gonna stay on a phone with a receptionist talks to a patient like that at least not me.
Just had an intake appointment at UPMC Shippenville with PA Stacy. I dont think Ive ever had an appointment take soo long. She was thorough on everything point. We went through every medication I was put on and discussed how I felt with each one. It was anything but "Here, take these meds. Bye" We actually discussed my current conditions and developed a game plan to get me right.
Amazing and caring doctors and staff!
