I haven't had any issues here. All the front desk staff and the nurses seem friendly and easy to talk to. There are two people you can visit and I prefer to visit one over the other but that largely is due to personal preference. Luckily it is easy to switch between the two so if you prefer to see one over the other there is no problem. Appointments for both of them seem to be readily available, and there isn't as long of a wait to get in like some other offices.
The review below is accurate. I had a new patient appointment was a few minutes late because their signage/ name don’t match the email confirmation. It then took them 15 minutes to check me in, despite the fact I had already done the e-check-in, they took my copay upfront, then I was immediately taken back and told they couldn’t see me because it’s now 20 minutes past my schedule time (they tried to act as if it was my fault that it took so long to check in and that time should be counted against me). Doctors dont want to see you and the office staff will call you a liar and they will cancel your appointment because they said that you didn't want to see the doctor which is a lie. The staff also has an attitude problem and will act like little kids by stomping feet and rolling eyes and huffing. I will be looking for a new family doctor, even if it means going further away.
