I've used this practice for both of my pregnancies and think they deserve way more than a 3.1 rating! There was only one doctor that I disliked at the beginning but grew to love them and now requested them to do my second c-section -- who would have thought?! All the doctors, mid-wives, PAs, nurses and front staff have been so kind. My pregnancy journey is soon over for good and I will certainly miss seeing all their faces!
Dr. Eileen Garavente has absolutely no business working in this profession. She made my experience delivering at UPMC Hanover very traumatic. When I was 3 days postpartum, she screamed at me and my husband and said very rude and insulting things to us both. All while my newborn was sleeping right beside her. She THREW a chair and left the room while yelling. She also wrote FALSE STATEMENTS in my charts. She is a reckless and emotionally unstable individual who should not be working near postpartum women. The doctor and all the staff are absolutely amazing!
I went to my appointment having a lot of concerns and Dr Musselman was fantastic. She took her time and really REALLY listened to me. That’s truly so hard to find these days. I am a mother to 4 daughters and I will definitely be recommending Dr Musselman to them. She listened to my concerns, talked about options, was as gentle as possible, and most of all she was empathetic. She explained every step of the way what she was doing and what to expect.
