I went to my appointment having a lot of concerns and Dr Musselman was fantastic. She took her time and really REALLY listened to me. That’s truly so hard to find these days. I am a mother to 4 daughters and I will definitely be recommending Dr Musselman to them. She listened to my concerns, talked about options, was as gentle as possible, and most of all she was empathetic. She explained every step of the way what she was doing and what to expect. Dr. Musselman and nurse Michele are truly amazing, if you have struggled to find a ob that you can trust she is that person!! Truly caring and kind!!
As a fellow healthcare provider, I do not write reviews like this lightly. However, after the experience my mom had with this office, I feel compelled to share our concerns. My mom had her original appointment scheduled for December 5th at the Brunswick Dr location. A few hours before the appointment, she received a call notifying her that it needed to be rescheduled due to a baby delivery. I just delivered my son earlier this month. I would just like to shout out Dr. Garavente and Bam. I had complications during delivery and Dr. Garavente went over everything she was going to do. Bam was also so knowledge and compassionate during my whole pregnancy.
I told them my symptoms. The telenurse pushed a diagnosis on me and prescribed medication for a condition I did not have. I wound up getting a second opinion thankfully and was treated correctly. It is a shame to have be your own health advocate at this facility, some of the team does just enough to get you out the door unfortunately
