Unprofessional staff and long wait times. I had to go to this office to receive a vaccine that my primary care office did not have. I was approximately 5 minutes late being checked in due to the patient in front of me (which is understandable); however said patient (senior adult) was making comments about technology while being checked in/refusing patient photo, etc. and how millennials (my age group) would not know how to function without technology and couldn't balance a checkbook on paper vs. through on a phone, etc., and... read more
Doctor is great but the reception are terrible. Have now tried 3 different times to book an appointment, or get a referral with absolutely no luck. Have been a loyal client for years but to be treated this way when I am just trying to get better, seriously the worst service I've ever experienced.
