Gave out my child’s records to a family member without my authorization or signature, admitted to it and told me all they can do is investigate and retrain there staff even though they know what they did was illegal. Do not go to Dr Newcomer who approved this illegal action even after her staff tried to stop it. This isn’t okay. This puts my child’s privacy at risk. Staff are very helpful getting appointments, they try hard to relay messages, Dr is not very understanding of pain management and suggests no alternative, he is fine for general tests and office visits. Would be helpful if he would suggest specialists if the problem is beyond his scope.
