Imaging appt for ultrasound just after noon on a weekday went very smoothly. Although the waiting room was crowded I was seen within minutes of checking in (on-time) for my appt. Taylor, a local DMS student doing a clinical portion of her coursework, was very personable and professional performing the ultrasound and I was done in 20 minutes or so. This is typical of my experiences here at UPMC McCandless Imaging Services.
The nurses are always friendly and nice, can be a bit of a wait but that is normal everywhere. Very quick once in the CT scan !!
