I was examined by Dr. Bean and her colleague on Wednesday afternoon at the Spine Center. Dr. Bean has a superb reputation and she more than lived up to that reputation. She spent time to thoroughly exam me and to answer all of my questions. I am sorry that I forgot her colleague's name but that is a symptom of my poor memory but he was similarly professional and caring. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan today. This would be my first PT appointment in quiet a few years. I am so very impressed. He could see the pain I was in and reassured me that today would not be hard. He truly cares about his patients from the heart. We did a lot of talking about what his goals are (as well as mine), we reviewed my MRI which was the coolest, he took the time to explain what was going on and what he’s looking for, and I just truly felt like he understood me.
