Horrible, waited an hour and wasn't called back. Staff was not informing or the friendliest.
Always quick with the assessment and testing of my blood, but also quick to get the results uploaded to my patient portal on the myupmc app. They are the best of the best.
Its ok, Just depends on when you go. Customer Service seems is good.
Overall great experience. Mornings are generally very busy though
It's convenient to get to off of 79 and they offer lab services which is easier for me than going to Pittsburgh for lab work
