Very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional ER staff… mainly Roxanne (as i walked right up to check the badge name) who presented as the leader. There is no reason to state a mental health professional is “playing around” on a rolling chair when they are simply moving it to sit at the door of a client. When addressed face to face about what was said… there was no eye contact or respect. Do better. There is no reason to treat others with attitude.
I was wondering if I were to come in for burning sensation when I pee along with pains in my sides that come and go. But also the frequent and urgently needing to pee where I sometimes have accidents on myself because I can't get to the 1 bathroom I have in the house with 2 others that use it too... if there'd be anything that UPMC could do for me? I'm having troubles with getting an appointment with my doctor at Geisinger
Honestly surprised this place hasn't been shut down. Such a disgrace to the medical industry. My partner went in complaining about potential stroke symptoms and they had the balls to say it was stress. Because she had been there before they wouldn't even run a brain test to see if the other symptoms might have a reason, only a heart test. We go to Williamsport upmc ER the next day because the symptoms come back and they, without even asking, tell us she needs an mri. If I could give zero stars I would. The nurses and staff were great but I’ve never met a more unprofessional doctor. To make a long story short, she didn’t read any of my chart before walking in, she didn’t wash her hands ever and proceeded to pick the dirt under her nails while sitting on my bed, super petty when delivering “results”, consistently tried to interrupt me, talk down to me, and be rude the entire time I was trying to explain what was going on.
