Honestly surprised this place hasn't been shut down. Such a disgrace to the medical industry. My partner went in complaining about potential stroke symptoms and they had the balls to say it was stress. Because she had been there before they wouldn't even run a brain test to see if the other symptoms might have a reason, only a heart test. We go to Williamsport upmc ER the next day because the symptoms come back and they, without even asking, tell us she needs an mri. If I could give zero stars I would. The nurses and staff were great but I’ve never met a more unprofessional doctor. To make a long story short, she didn’t read any of my chart before walking in, she didn’t wash her hands ever and proceeded to pick the dirt under her nails while sitting on my bed, super petty when delivering “results”, consistently tried to interrupt me, talk down to me, and be rude the entire time I was trying to explain what was going on. I would give 10 stars if I could. I crashed my motorcycle on a forest road, causing significant injury to my entire left side: Knee, hip, ribs and shoulder. I managed to get the bike up and to the hospital at which point I had to call the hospital and ask if they could send a wheelchair to their ER parking lot to get me as I could no longer walk. My 17 year old went in trying to get an MRI, with what everyone is telling us is a labrum tear or a rotator cuff tear, only to be talked about among the nurses and treated with disrespect. I, the mother was told that MRI' s are only done in emergencies unless ordered by an orthopedic doctor or her primary care doctor. She us in PA for college and I live 24 hours from PA and we don't have a doctor there and NO one would help her.
