They screwed up my blood work ! I got a call from my doctor's office saying that my blood sample was compromised by your lab ! The doctors office told me that I would have to have my blood work repeated. So I checked online to see when your hours are. They are listed as Sunday - Saturday 8 Am - 4:30 Pm. I fasted for 12 hours like I was supposed to. From 2 am to 2 pm. I went there today ( Saturday ) and guess what they were closed ! I am a diabetic so I ended up with a migraine because I hadn't eaten. Now I have to go through... read more
They should maybe have the correct hours on the website. Very disappointing... Say they are open when they are not
My experience here is nothing short of outstanding! The providers go above and beyond at each visit and put all patients first! The employees who work at the front desk are always so helpful and kind! I am so proud to be a patient at this facility!
They get 5 stars from me! I'm thankful that UPMC has opened this outpatient center and very thankful to have found Dr. Bucsek...she's an excellent physician and just a wonderful human being. Appointments have always been quick and the staff has been great as well.
