My experience here is nothing short of outstanding! The providers go above and beyond at each visit and put all patients first! The employees who work at the front desk are always so helpful and kind! I am so proud to be a patient at this facility!
They get 5 stars from me! I'm thankful that UPMC has opened this outpatient center and very thankful to have found Dr. Bucsek...she's an excellent physician and just a wonderful human being. Appointments have always been quick and the staff has been great as well.
the people at the front desk have an attitude every time and treat me like a child because i’m young. they seem miserable. Honestly my advice to them is to not be in a job where you have to be kind to people and patient. Go into something you’d enjoy more. the doctor is good though!!
