Surgeon was skilled. Mid tier providers are seemingly apathetic and you have to advocate for yourself against it. MAs/LPNs are easy going. Office staff are a mixed bag of every emotion and experience. All in all, I got the care I need. There are still hiccups. The billing, record/patient management and appointment system is abyssmal with their new software and lack of cohesive/uniform work flow. Staff seems unhappy with everything at an internal business level and it is felt by the patients.
I called and got a very hostile answer saying they aren’t taking any new patients for up to 6 months and they immediently hung up on me after. they were extremely rude I couldn’t believe it was a real office.
Doctor absolutely did not have the time of day for me.My issues have not been addressed , nor do they care. She said she didn't have the time to go over blood work and x-rays she ordered. I'm getting no answers and just getting worse. Be nice if I could get treated like a human regardless of my insurance.
