Dr. Groff and his office staff were incredibly kind and efficient. Dr Groff is very knowledgeable and has excellent bed-side manner. I would recommend him to friends or family.

I was here as an patient back in 2016. I'm here as a patient again in 2021 and the problem still exist with the staff at front office. Never helpful, clueless, attitude. I had requested for sign language interpreter and was never accompanied with one because the office never called for one. Lack of professionalism.

He did not give me enough time to listen to my problem. I just felt waste of money and time to see him at Pittsburgh location.

I had seen Dr Kaufman a few months ago. I was not pleased with the nurse because she seemed as if her job was a bother. Dr was to order mri of my spine. I got attitude from the nurse because I needed an open mri. Several months later still no appt for an mri. Office has been contacted on several occasions. I will gladly find someone else who takes my health seriously!!
