Was denied to have pre-eclampsia by 2 providers at this facility and ended up giving birth at 25 weeks to my daughter. Was denied to have endometriosis by another provider at this facility, and just recently had an endometrioma removed and tested that was determined to in fact be endometriosis. If you’re deciding whether this place is right for you to go to for care, don’t. They don’t listen to their patient’s issues or concerns until it’s too late. I’m grateful I switched care teams when I did.
This place is horrible the ladies that work in the appointment center are unprofessional unpredictable and show no care or empathy. Michelle and her appointment crew are just top notch the worst. They hang up on peoples face assume patients need things they don’t without looking at their chart and to top it off I have yet to successfully make an appointment for an important procedure. Wonderful care team here at the OB and over at Magee Womens, all the nurses and doctors are so kind and caring, they honestly start to feel like family after going their for all my prenatal visits. Special shout out to Malinda, she was super attentive and went above and beyond doing everything she could to make me comfortable, even stayed past her shift to meet our precious baby❤️ also Erin was very gentle and encouraging, can't remember everyone's names, but honestly everyone that cared for me during our stay did a wonderfu... read more
