Had a great experience with all of the doctors, nurses and staff here throughout my pregnancy and delivery. You meet with each of the doctors throughout, so no matter what time you deliver, you will know the doctor. I felt comfortable with all of them. The office is clean and pleasant and they’re usually on schedule.
I really liked most of the doctor’s service. I had a stillborn, and got pregnant again the next year. I followed up with this group since they knew my history. They didn’t disappoint me. They answered all my questions with patience, saw me whenever there was a discomfort, ordered tests as needed. I loved Dr. Caroll. She was very sweet and compassionate during my two pregnancies. i would recommend this group to others.
The care I have received from this office has been absolutely terrible from the receptionist, who talked over me while I was asking questions and then hung up on me, to the doctor who thought it was appropriate to laugh at my pain during a biopsy she was performing. This same doctor gave me short answers when I asked about the procedure and was extremely cold towards me. I've been to multiple offices (Oakland, Wexford, Fox Chapel) and I've seen most of the providers. All have been fantastic, from L&D, to dealing with miscarriages, and routine visits. Def. recommend this group for anyone in the area.
