I went in last week to get some labs drawn and took my almost 4 year old son with me. Was told he wasn't allowed in the room while i got my blood drawn. Mind u i get my blood drawn all the time down in the cancer center downstairs and it's never been a issue. So I was pretty pissed off I had to set a chair in the hall and give my son my phone to watch a video so he wouldn't run off. It was absolutely ridiculous. I avoid this lab if I can. Then they guy who took my blood was fishing around to find a vein. Do better upmc!
Went to get my labs drawn for surgery and the hours were incorrect on the website. One said open until 5 pm and one place said 6 pm. Arrived around 4:45 pm because I work until 4:30 and they were closed.
Friendly staff.
Service was very friendly, very quick and very pain-free to get lab work
