Dr. Donmez is very nice, genuinely seems interested in the patient's concerns and getting to know them, it's always enjoyable talking to him whether about medicine or social life. I would recommend him
The office staff is awesome and is always very helpful and nice to my wife and I. Dr. Donmez is the best neurologist I have ever been to. He listens to me and treats me with respect as a patient which I have struggled to find from other neurologist in the area. If I could give a higher rating I would.
I went due to a brain injury I’m trying to deal with daily. The intake was absolutely terrible. The doctor prescribed me medication I was allergic to and then took forever to reschedule me to make any changes! So the pharmacy switched my medication for me and now I finally have an appointment today!! Absolutely ridiculous.
Absolutely mind blowing how clueless the lady was in scheduling telling me that I had to go get a referral for a second opinion, then I asked do you not have medical release form she goes oh yeah is that what you’re talking about? I won’t be going there for my second opinion clearly.
We made an appt with Dr Mangeshkumar on Manheim Pike. He was recommended to us by close friends. He spent 10 minutes with us, stated “There is nothing I can do for you” and walked out. Worst physician visit ever. He didn’t even look at the paperwork we were required to fill out; my husband was still holding it.
