This office has by far the most rude clinicians and after service receptionists I have ever dealt with. I’ve been a patient for 13 years and have never dealt with such an unprofessional office staff. The only reason I stayed was for Dr Jolly, she is the most amazing provider with great bedside manner and who truly listens. As for the rest of the staff (specifically whoever answers the phones), they truly need to rethink their career. Not sure how this place can get more than one star. I think all they do is headaches and that is not done well either. There is no follow up. Had Brain mri and no call with results or follow up appt. I think they need to close shop. It's a joke.
Jumoke Tolashe is my hero! She solved my medical mystery! I was having sleep issues (punching, hitting, kicking, yelling, one time I karate chopped my headboard and broke my hand while sleeping) for years and she figured it out! My issues were ignored by wellspan for so long....
