Saw Dr. Jolly today. Extremely condescending and rude. Dismissed concerns. Doesnt believe fibromyalgia is real. This was our first visit and gladly will be the last. Said come back in a year if you want....
I have marfan syndrome and have been struggling with nerve issues for the last month. The doctor I had didn't even know what marfans was and pronounced it wrong. And didn't take me seriously because I got some advice from chatgpt. Everything I said she shot down, and she just thinks it's anxiety. My face and legs are going numb and she thinks it's anxiety......
This office has by far the most rude clinicians and after service receptionists I have ever dealt with. I’ve been a patient for 13 years and have never dealt with such an unprofessional office staff. The only reason I stayed was for Dr Jolly, she is the most amazing provider with great bedside manner and who truly listens. As for the rest of the staff (specifically whoever answers the phones), they truly need to rethink their career.
