They completely misdiagnosed the issue after I'd given them a detailed medical history. Then, after I'd insisted on a test after the medication prescribed obviously didn't work, they again prescribed the incorrect medication for the issue. When I explained I needed a different medication, they were rude, refused to change it, and told me I would need yet another appointment. I can see why I was able to get in within a week. They're incompetent. I ended up going to urgent care.
I don’t even really want to write this review because when I used this office when pregnant/for postpartum care I had an excellent experience. But what happened yesterday has me flabbergasted and I think it needs addressed. So 5/5 stars for past care, but 0/10 for the phone call I had with the receptionist yesterday. 2/4/25 I had called the Hermitage location hoping I could get a last minute appointment for today due to only having fridays off of work and I’m in my probationary period. I luckily was able to get today off and was hoping to be seen because I’m a first time mom and my anxiety has been getting the best of me and just needed some reassurance and make sure everything is ok.
